Parish Hall/Cox's Lane
After many months of silence the Parish Council has now been informed that a company named SATNAM has bought the Westbury Homes interest in the field on Cox�s Lane. It is the company�s intention to seek permission to build on the land, and in so doing provide the parish with a new hall. The proposal is for a mixture of houses and bungalows of which 50% will be �affordable�. The number of dwellings proposed remains similar to the Westbury Homes plan, but the layout of the site will differ.
Before submitting any planning application the company is to consult the residents of the parish, by holding a public exhibition at which comments and feedback will be welcomed.
